Our Story
TaxTech NG was created to solve a national challenge: tax filing in Nigeria is complicated, inconsistent, and often inaccessible for the average taxpayer. With the upcoming 2026 NRS reforms introducing a unified digital filing system, we are building a platform that makes compliance simple, accurate, and accessible for all Nigerians.

Leadership
Founder & Chief Experience Officer (CXO)
Hybrid - Lagos HQ + Remote
Responsibilities:
- • End-to-end user experience and guided filing journey design
- • Alignment of user flows with 2026 NRS PIT rules and compliance models
- • Product experience architecture across formal, informal, and business filings
- • User journey mapping, usability improvements, and accessibility standards
- • Ensuring clarity, accuracy, and frictionless tax computation
- • Oversight of UX writing, interface content, and guided question logic
- • High-level coordination with advisors, partners, and engineering leadership

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Hybrid - Lagos HQ + Remote
Responsibilities:
- • Strategic leadership, organizational growth, and executive oversight
- • Partnerships, government liaison, and NRS-aligned expansion strategy
- • Fundraising, investor relations, and public representation of TaxTech NG
- • Cross-functional leadership across product, engineering, operations, and compliance
- • Go-to-market execution and nationwide rollout planning
- • Scaling operations across launch states and future markets
This role provides overall strategic, operational, and fundraising leadership for TaxTech NG as we prepare for launch and scale across Nigeria.
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Hybrid - Lagos HQ + Remote
Responsibilities:
- • Platform architecture, AWS/DevOps, security, and scalability
- • Core engineering leadership for the v0.ai + AWS TaxTech system
- • API development, automation logic, and data integrity models
- • Compliance with digital tax standards, NDPR, and secure hosting
- • Technical team management and engineering hiring
- • Ensuring sandbox readiness and end-to-end system reliability
This role provides end-to-end technology leadership for the v0.ai + AWS TaxTech platform, including architecture, security, and reliable delivery of the 2026-ready filing system.
Strategic Advisor / Advisory Partner
Hybrid - Lagos HQ + Remote
Responsibilities:
- • Provide senior-level guidance on regulatory strategy, compliance alignment, and government engagement
- • Support the CEO, CTO, and CXO in high-stakes decisions across product, engineering, operations, and GTM
- • Offer domain expertise in GovTech, taxation, public policy, or startup scaling
- • Assist with investor conversations, partnership development, and long-term organizational planning
- • Serve as an independent expert voice on roadmap prioritization, risk assessment, and execution strategy
This is an advisory leadership role with an opportunity for equity. Scope and structure will be finalized closer to public launch.
