I can't log in to my account
Having trouble logging in? Follow these steps to troubleshoot common login issues.
Overview
Most login problems are caused by incorrect passwords, unverified emails, or browser issues. Here's how to fix them.
Wrong Password
If you're getting a 'wrong password' error:
- Double-check that Caps Lock is off
- Make sure you're using the correct email address
- Try resetting your password using the 'Forgot Password' link
- Check your email for the password reset link (check spam folder if needed)
Email Not Verified
If you created your account but never verified your email, you won't be able to log in. Check your inbox for the verification email from TaxTech NG. If you can't find it, click 'Resend Verification Email' on the login page.
Browser or Cache Issues
Try these steps:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try logging in using a private/incognito window
- Use a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
- Disable browser extensions that might block logins
