How offline cash payment works with partner agents
Pay your tax in cash at any Moniepoint, Paga, or OPay agent location nationwide.
Overview
If you prefer to pay cash or don't have access to online payment methods, you can pay at any partner agent location using your Payment Reference ID.
Payment Flow
Here's how offline cash payment works:
- Complete your filing (Formal or Informal)
- Choose 'Pay Cash at Agent' on the Review & File screen
- TaxTech NG generates a unique Payment Reference ID in format: TXNG-2026-XXXXXXX
- Write down or screenshot your Reference ID
- Visit any Moniepoint, Paga, or OPay agent location
- Tell the agent you want to pay for TaxTech NG filing
- Provide your Reference ID and pay the exact amount in cash
- Agent confirms payment in their system
- TaxTech NG verifies your payment within 24 hours
- Your filing status updates from 'Pending Payment' to 'Completed'
- Download your receipt from your dashboard
Payment Verification Timeline
Offline cash payments are typically verified within 24 hours of agent confirmation. You'll receive an email notification once your payment is verified and your filing is complete.
Important Notes
Keep your Payment Reference ID safe until your payment is verified. If your payment is still Pending Verification after 24 hours, contact support@taxtechng.com with your Reference ID.
