My draft filing isn't loading or resuming
TaxTech NG auto-saves your progress. If your draft isn't loading, try these troubleshooting steps.
Overview
Your filing progress is automatically saved as a Draft after each step. If you're having trouble accessing your draft, follow these steps.
Check Your Dashboard
Log in to your TaxTech NG account and check your dashboard. Your draft should appear with status 'Draft' or 'In Progress.' If you don't see it, it's possible the draft wasn't saved or you started a filing under a different email address.
Browser or Connection Issues
Try these steps:
- Refresh your browser
- Log out and log back in
- Check your internet connection
- Try accessing from a different device
Starting a Fresh Filing
If your draft is corrupted or unrecoverable, you can start a new 2026 filing from your dashboard. TaxTech NG allows one active filing per tax year, so starting a new filing will replace the old draft.
Important Notes
If you were in the middle of payment when the issue occurred, check your email for a payment confirmation. Your filing may have been completed even if the dashboard isn't showing it. Contact support@taxtechng.com if you need assistance.
