Editing your information before payment
You can edit your filing information at any time before making payment.
Overview
TaxTech NG auto-saves your progress as a Draft. You can return to your dashboard and edit any section of your filing until you proceed to payment.
How to Edit Your Draft
Follow these steps to modify your filing:
- Log in to your TaxTech NG dashboard
- Your filing status should show 'Draft'
- Click 'Edit Draft' or 'Resume Filing'
- Navigate to the section you want to change (Profile, Income, Deductions, etc.)
- Make your changes and save
- Return to Review & File when you're ready to proceed
What Happens After Payment?
Once you proceed to payment (whether online or offline), your filing information is locked and cannot be edited. Make sure everything is correct before clicking 'Proceed to Payment.'
Important Notes
If you notice an error after payment, contact TaxTech NG support immediately at support@taxtechng.com with your Payment Reference ID. Corrections after payment may require manual intervention.
