Fees, Early-Filing Discount, and Service Charge
TaxTech NG charges a small service fee to help us maintain the platform and provide support. Here's everything you need to know about our pricing structure.
Service Fee Structure
TaxTech NG charges a flat service fee of ₦500 per filing, regardless of your income level or tax amount. This fee covers:
- Platform maintenance and development
- Secure data processing and storage
- Customer support
- NRS-compliant receipt generation
Early-Filing Discount
File your taxes before March 31st and receive a 20% discount on the service fee:
- Regular service fee: ₦500
- Early-filing discount: ₦400 (save ₦100!)
Payment Processing Fees
In addition to our service fee, payment processing fees may apply:
- Online card payments (Paystack/Flutterwave): 1.5% + ₦100 (capped at ₦2,000)
- Online bank transfer: ₦50 flat fee
- Offline cash payments (Moniepoint/Paga/OPay): ₦100-₦200 agent fee (paid directly to agent)

Fee Breakdown Example
If you file in February (early-filing period) and pay online with a card:
- TaxTech NG service fee: ₦400 (discounted from ₦500)
- Online payment processing: ~₦107 (1.5% + ₦100)
- Your tax obligation: Amount calculated by the system
- Total you pay: ₦400 + ₦107 + your tax amount
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the early-filing discount apply automatically?
Yes! The early-filing discount applies automatically if you complete your filing before March 31st. You don't need to do anything special to activate it.
What if I was charged incorrectly?
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or were charged twice due to a technical error, contact support@taxtechng.com with your payment reference ID and we'll investigate immediately.
