Payments

Getting a Payment Receipt

After you successfully complete your tax filing and payment, TaxTech NG automatically generates an official receipt that you can download and keep for your records.

Where to Find Your Receipt

Your payment receipt is available in two places:

  • Dashboard: Log in to your TaxTech NG account and navigate to your dashboard. Your most recent filing will display a 'Download Receipt' button
  • Email: We also send a copy of your receipt to the email address associated with your account immediately after payment confirmation

What's Included on the Receipt

Your NRS-compliant receipt includes:

  • Your personal information (name, BVN/TIN)
  • Tax year and filing type (formal or informal)
  • Payment reference ID
  • Payment date and time
  • Payment method (online or offline cash)
  • Amount paid (including any service charges)
  • TaxTech NG transaction ID

Downloading Your Receipt

To download your receipt:

  1. Log in to your TaxTech NG account
  2. Go to your dashboard
  3. Locate your completed filing
  4. Click the 'Download Receipt' button
  5. The receipt will download as a PDF file to your device

For Offline Cash Payments

If you paid with cash through a partner agent (Moniepoint, Paga, or OPay), your receipt will be generated once the payment is verified. This typically takes 1-3 business days. You'll receive an email notification when your receipt is ready to download.
