How online payment works (Paystack & Flutterwave)
Online payment is fast, secure, and your filing is completed instantly after payment.
Overview
TaxTech NG uses Paystack and Flutterwave, Nigeria's most trusted payment processors, to handle all online transactions securely.
Payment Flow
Here's how online payment works:
- Complete your filing (Formal or Informal)
- Click 'Proceed to Payment' on the Review & File screen
- You'll be redirected to a secure Paystack or Flutterwave checkout page
- Choose your payment method (card, transfer, USSD, mobile banking)
- Complete the payment on the Paystack/Flutterwave page
- You'll be automatically returned to TaxTech NG
- Your filing status is updated to 'Completed'
- Download your receipt immediately
Security
TaxTech NG never sees or stores your card details. All payment information is processed directly by Paystack or Flutterwave using bank-grade encryption.
Important Notes
If your payment is successful but you're not redirected back to TaxTech NG, check your email for a payment confirmation. Your filing will still be marked Completed. Contact support if you experience any issues.
