Service fee, early filing discount, and total amount due
Learn how service fees and discounts affect your final payment amount.
Overview
Your total amount due includes your calculated tax, a TaxTech NG service fee, and may include an early filing discount if eligible.
Service Fee
TaxTech NG charges a flat service fee to cover platform operations, payment processing, and customer support. The service fee is displayed clearly during the Review & File step before you proceed to payment.
Early Filing Discount
If you file your taxes before the official NRS deadline date, you receive a 10% discount on your calculated tax amount (not the service fee). This discount is applied automatically and displayed in your filing summary.
How Total Amount is Calculated
Your total amount due is calculated as follows:
- Start with your calculated tax (after deductions and reliefs for Formal filers)
- Apply 10% early filing discount if you file before the deadline
- Add the TaxTech NG service fee
- Result is your Total Amount Due
Important Notes
The early filing discount is only available until the official NRS deadline. After that date, the full tax amount applies. Service fees are non-refundable once payment is processed.
